Terms of service
These terms govern the use of wildtribu.com and purchases from Wild Tribu. By using the store or placing an order, you accept the terms applicable to your purchase, without affecting your statutory consumer rights.
Products and orders
Descriptions, sizes and available variants are shown on each product page. Colours may vary by screen. Provide complete and accurate information so we can process your order. Products are prepared to order; contact us as soon as possible if you need a change or cancellation. Production changes are subject to feasibility and do not limit applicable statutory rights.
Prices and payment
The applicable price is the one confirmed when you place your order. The order total, discounts, taxes and shipping charges collected are shown before you confirm payment. Available payment methods appear at checkout. Potential import charges are explained in the shipping policy.
Shipping and returns
Free standard shipping applies to orders of €45 or more to mainland Spain only. Full estimates and conditions appear in our shipping policy. Our 30-day commercial returns policy, statutory withdrawal rights, defective products and refunds are explained in our returns and refund policy.
Guarantees and consumer rights
These terms do not exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights or guarantees. New goods subject to Spanish consumer law carry a three-year statutory guarantee from delivery. Rights concerning non-conforming goods are independent of the commercial returns window.
Accounts and store use
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for protecting your account credentials. You may not use the store unlawfully, infringe other people’s rights, introduce malicious software or interfere with its operation or security.
Intellectual property
Designs, logos, images and text belong to Wild Tribu or their respective rights holders. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.
Third-party services and Shopify
The store uses Shopify to provide its services, but purchases are made directly from Wild Tribu. Shopify is not the seller of the products. Any exclusion of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not limit mandatory consumer rights. External services or links are subject to their respective providers’ terms.

Our privacy policy explains how your personal information is handled.
Applicable law and changes
Spanish law applies without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence and the jurisdiction of the legally competent courts. Updates will be published on this page and will not retrospectively change rights arising from completed purchases.
