Shipping policy

Wild Tribu products are prepared to order after purchase.

Free standard shipping on orders of €45 or more

Standard shipping is free on orders of €45 or more delivered to mainland Spain. For orders below €45, the rates shown before payment apply. This offer excludes the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. For these destinations and other countries, charges are shown before you confirm your purchase.

Production and delivery

As a guide, production usually takes 2–5 business days. Standard transit to Europe may take a further 5–20 business days. The indicative total is 7–25 business days from purchase; this is not a guaranteed delivery date. Timing depends on the product, destination, availability, carrier and demand.

The Canary Islands and other destinations with customs procedures may take longer. For Australia, the United States and other countries, check the estimate available before payment or contact us before buying if you need a specific date.

Destinations and tracking

Available destinations and services are shown when you enter your delivery address. Once your order leaves the production centre, we will email the available tracking information. Tracking may take time to update.

Orders with several products

Items produced in different centres may arrive separately. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Customs and taxes

Depending on the destination and shipping origin, import taxes, duties or handling charges may apply, including in territories with special tax arrangements. Charges collected at checkout are shown before payment; any additional charges are determined by the relevant authority or operator.

Addresses and delivery issues

Check your address before payment. If you need to correct it, or your parcel arrives damaged, is delayed or does not arrive, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the supplier or carrier.
